When people have problems, angry, or getting upset to someone or something, eat is the most popular exit way. This can yield fat deposit in body, which will impact your health. Are there any ways to stop eating disorder when you have problems?
“Appetite can be controlled by mind. It can be reach trough meditation. The way to do it is by bring your mind, to mind position when you don’t want to chew something, or when you feel full,” Madonna Gauding wrote in The Meditation Bible

Meditating will help you overcome feeling like eating and reduce negative emotion inside you. Meditating can also make your relation with food balance. While release your appetite to eat, it can calm your mind and solve problems. Try to meditate weekly to get better results.
Well, I am ready to meditate, but how? Just follow this step: First, write every single things that make you feel happy. Then sit on pillow or chair. Make sure you stay in a quiet room. Turn on candles or incense if you want to.
Relax yourself; bring your memory to the last time before you eat too much. There might be sad, lonely, anger, or fear that you felt. Maybe, you want to forget all those feelings, but let yourself went through those feelings again.
Get in to deeper, ask yourself what caused this emotion. Maybe afraid because you single, or angry because your fight with your love, or could be your childhood pain.
After succeed collect all those problems, now imagine any other ways that will help you relief from those problems, beside eating of course. Perhaps you can admit these feelings, put it on diary, take a warm shower, or talking to friends.
The last step, think how to solve your problem with your opponent. Think,when you meet in person with him. Calm yourself, think clearly. After you get solution, take a deep breath for couple of minutes, and control your emotion. End the meditation when you are ready.
By doing this, you can avoid your mind with anger, clear your mind, and avoid eating too much (kompas)
