Sometimes stress attack if the traveller trying to meet scheduled departure and return as planned. Though there may be many unexpected things in a way that makes the schedule change.
Stress can also arise if the traveller strives to make the trip successful. Plus more stress upon returning home from vacation and will return to work.
Not only that, the other thing is the health risk from drinking and overeating. Digestive problems can arise because of the foods that taste weird. Busy schedules or lack of privacy is often giving a person stress.
Lack of sleep, lack of exercise, lack of time for themselves, conflicts with other travellers and longing can also make a long list of risks. Even so, actually vacation is good for mental health. If it goes smoothly, a vacation can make a person calmer. Even traveling can also stimulate intellectual.
Other positive benefits of a vacation are to give the opportunity to spend time with friends and family. After all, holiday could also provide an opportunity to experience new food, music, new languages and so on. It can also make you feel more connected to your environment, family and community.
