The consumption of shrimp and seafood increased lately. Not only rich with protein and mineral, shrimp and seafood also contain omega 3 fatty acid needed for brain and heart health.
Even so, seafood is the biggest food allergen in the world. The increase of shrimp consumption also increases allergy prevalence.
One symptom of shrimp and seafood allergic is itching red spot on the skin. The other symptom is shortness of breath and cough.
Allergic symptom can be minimizing by medication, but actually there are foods that can relief this. Below are the examples: 

1. Lemon
Lemon is very good to all allergic symptoms, especially shrimp allergic. When allergic symptom arise, drink one glass of warm lemon juice. This fruit will reduce red spot on your skin

2. Honey
Honey was known as the best shrimp allergy medicine. When symptoms came after eating shrimp, take a glass of warm water mix with one spoon of honey. Honey contain several vitamins, that help reduce itching

3. Food with vitamin E
The best way to cure shrimp allergy is taking food which rich with vitamin E, like nuts. Rich vitamin E meal, contain allergen which will help cure and prevent allergy from all kind of foods.

4. Jathropa seed oil
The best medicine for shrimp allergy is drinking jathropa seed oil, dissolved in warm water. Even a week after you recovered, you should still drink this.

5. Ginger

If shrimp allergy symptom already shown, it’s time to consume a cup of warm ginger. Ginger have ability to reduce itch red spot on skin caused by allergy (kompas)
